This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to subscriptions to the research services offered by Tradesurf Research Private Limited (“the Company”, “we”, “us”) on the Qortle platform, and should be read together with our Terms & Conditions Agreement.
1. SUBSCRIPTION FEES
Research services are offered on a subscription basis. Fees and applicable statutory charges are payable in advance through the specified modes. In accordance with SEBI (Research Analyst) Regulations, any advance fee shall not exceed fees for a period of one year.
2. MODE OF PAYMENT
Fees may be paid through banking channels only — cheque, online bank transfer, UPI or other specified modes. Cash payments are not accepted. You may also pay through the Centralized Fee Collection Mechanism (CeFCoM) managed by BSE Limited (the currently recognised RAASB).
3. CANCELLATION BY THE CLIENT
You may choose to discontinue or cancel your subscription at any time by writing to us. Cancellation takes effect for the remainder of the then-current subscription term. Fees for services already rendered, or for the portion of the subscription period already elapsed, are not refundable.
4. REGULATORY REFUND (SUSPENSION / CANCELLATION OF RA REGISTRATION)
As provided under the SEBI (Research Analyst) Regulations and our Terms & Conditions, in the event of suspension of the Company's certificate of registration for more than 60 (sixty) days, or cancellation of registration, we shall refund the fees on a pro-rata basis for the period from the effective date of such suspension/cancellation to the end of your subscription period.
5. NO GUARANTEE OF RETURNS
Fees are charged for research services only. We do not offer, and fees are not linked to, any assurance or guarantee of profits or returns. Investment decisions are made solely at your discretion and risk.
6. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
Eligible refund requests may be raised by writing to devendra.gosar@qortle.ai (Principal Officer) or mahesh.singh@qortle.ai (Compliance Officer), with your registration details. Approved refunds are processed to the original mode of payment within a reasonable period, subject to applicable deductions and statutory charges.
7. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the platform.
